2. השירותים שלנו

Webilo Studio מספקת שירותי:

• עיצוב ופיתוח אתרי אינטרנט מקוד מאפס
• דפי נחיתה, אתרי מכירות, אתרי תדמית ואתרים לאיסוף לידים
• חיבור API, בינה מלאכותית וחיבור לחברות סליקה
• תחזוקה חודשית ועדכונים שוטפים
• עיצוב אנימציות ואלמנטים ויזואליים

3. קניין רוחני

כל התכנים באתר זה – כולל טקסטים, עיצוב, גרפיקה, קוד, לוגו ואנימציות – הם קניינה הבלעדי של Webilo Studio ומוגנים בזכויות יוצרים. אין להעתיק, לשכפל, להפיץ או לעשות שימוש מסחרי בתכנים ללא הסכמה מפורשת בכתב.

4. אתרי לקוחות – בעלות ורישיון

• עיצוב ותוכן: לאחר תשלום מלא, הלקוח מקבל בעלות מלאה על עיצוב ותוכן האתר שהוזמן.
• קוד בסיסי: הקוד שנכתב עבור הלקוח שייך ללקוח לאחר תשלום מלא.
• רכיבים גנריים: רכיבי קוד כלליים שפותחו על ידינו (ספריות, כלים פנימיים) נשארים בבעלותנו.

5. תשלום ותמחור

• המחירים באתר הם אומדן כללי בלבד ומשתנים בהתאם לגודל הפרויקט, כמות העמודים, וצרכי העסק.
• הצעת מחיר מפורטת תינתן לאחר פניה אישית.
• Webilo Studio שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לשנות מחירים בכל עת.
• תשלום עבור פרויקט יתבצע בהתאם להסכם ספציפי בין הצדדים.

6. הגבלת אחריות

• האתר מסופק "כמות שהוא" (AS IS) ללא כל אחריות.
• Webilo Studio לא תישא באחריות לנזקים ישירים או עקיפים הנובעים משימוש באתר.
• איננו אחראים לתכנים באתרי צד שלישי שאליהם מפנים קישורים מאתרנו.
• שירותי אחסון, דומיין וצד שלישי אינם באחריותנו – אלא אם צוין אחרת בהסכם.

7. ביטולים והחזרים

• ביטול לפני תחילת עבודה – החזר מלא.
• ביטול עבודה לאחר תחילת הפיתוח – הלקוח ישלם עבור העבודה שבוצעה בפועל.
• לאחר מסירת אתר מוגמר ואישור הלקוח – לא יתקבל החזר.

8. תחזוקה חודשית

• שירות תחזוקה חודשית אופציונלי ומותנה בהסכם נפרד.
• ניתן לבטל שירות תחזוקה בהתראה של 14 יום מראש.
• תחזוקה כוללת עדכונים קטנים, גיבויים, ותיקוני באגים – ולא כתיבת אתר חדש.

9. שימוש אסור

אין להשתמש באתר זה לצורך:

• פעילות בלתי חוקית או הפרת זכויות צד שלישי
• העמסה מכוונת על השרתים או התקפות סייבר
• איסוף נתונים אוטומטי (scraping) ללא הרשאה

10. דין חל וסמכות שיפוט

תנאים אלו כפופים לחוקי מדינת ישראל. כל סכסוך ידון בבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל בלבד.

11. שינויים בתנאים

Webilo Studio רשאית לעדכן תנאים אלו בכל עת. שינויים ייכנסו לתוקף עם פרסומם בעמוד זה.

• Monthly maintenance and ongoing updates

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including text, design, graphics, code, logos, and animations – is the exclusive property of Webilo Studio and is protected by copyright law. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without express written consent.

4. Client Websites – Ownership & Licensing

• Design & Content: Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the commissioned website's design and content.
• Custom Code: Code written specifically for the client belongs to the client after full payment.
• Generic Components: General code components developed by us (libraries, internal tools) remain our property.

5. Payment & Pricing

• Prices displayed on the website are general estimates only and vary based on project scope, number of pages, and business needs.
• A detailed quote will be provided upon personal inquiry.
• Webilo Studio reserves the right to change prices at any time.
• Project payment will be made according to a specific agreement between the parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

• This website is provided "AS IS" without any warranty.
• Webilo Studio shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the site.
• We are not responsible for content on third-party websites linked from our site.
• Hosting, domain, and third-party services are not our responsibility unless specified in the agreement.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation before work begins – full refund.
• Cancellation after development has started – the client will pay for work already performed.
• After delivery and client approval of the finished website – no refund will be issued.

8. Monthly Maintenance

• Monthly maintenance service is optional and subject to a separate agreement.
• Maintenance can be canceled with 14 days' notice.
• Maintenance includes minor updates, backups, and bug fixes – not building a new website.

9. Prohibited Use

This website may not be used for:

• Illegal activity or infringement of third-party rights
• Intentional server overload or cyber attacks
• Automated data collection (scraping) without permission

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be adjudicated exclusively by the competent courts in Israel.

11. Changes to Terms

Webilo Studio may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
